The JY series dosing device is a complete set of products developed and produced by our company to meet the needs of the market, facilitate customers, and meet the requirements of production automation in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, refining, natural gas, water supply, thermal power, pharmaceuticals, and food. It has the characteristics of strong completeness, advanced technology, high degree of automation, convenient operation, easy maintenance, and can meet the needs of different working conditions. The JY series dosing device, which is an unconventional product, can also be designed and produced according to the special needs of users. It is widely used in boiler water dosing (adding ammonia, hydrazine, phosphate to feed water), raw water dosing (adding coagulants, coagulants, acids, alkalis, etc.), circulating water dosing (scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, bactericides, concentrated sulfuric acid, alkaline solutions, etc.), oil and gas field chemical additive dosing, wastewater and sewage treatment dosing, and other working conditions.

Main Features
The complete set of dosing devices can be mainly divided into the following three types: simple dosing devices, integrated dosing devices, and split dosing devices.
Simple dosing device
The simple dosing device is suitable for working conditions where the required dosage is small. The device is equipped with a small dosing pump, mixer, level switch, and other related accessories that are directly integrated and installed on the dosing bucket. This structure is flexible in configuration,
It needs small space occupation and high cost-effectiveness. Other optional accessories include injection valves, pulse dampers, back pressure valves, control cabinets, etc.
Integrated dosing device
Integrated dosing device refers to the installation of a solution tank, agitator, level gauge, dosing pump, control cabinet, platform escalator, and other supporting accessories (such as safety valves, dampers, check valves, etc.) all integrated on a steal seat.
According to the combination of dosing devices, they can be divided into one tank pump, one tank two pumps, two tanks two pumps, two tanks three pumps, two tanks four pumps, and multiple tanks multiple pumps.
According to the control method, it can be divided into basic type and intelligent type. The basic type is an open dosing control system that allows for the selection of necessary accessories to meet more precise dosing requirements. The intelligent dosing control system refers to a system that can achieve proportional online open-loop control, closed-loop fully automatic control based on given parameter signals, and real-time communication with the upper computer.
Split type dosing device
For certain special working conditions, such as large dosage or special dosing medium, it is not convenient to make the solution tank and dosing pump into an integrated dosing device, or when there is a large solution tank on site, it may be considered to pry the dosing pump block
Install separately from the solution tank, and then connect the outlet of the solution tank to the inlet of the dosing pump lever with a pipeline. This is called a split type dosing device. The solution tank can be a large PE tank, stainless steel tank, or mud tanks, the dosage pump pry block is determined based on the actual number of injection points. Generally, there are single pump types, double pump types (one for use and one for standby), three pump types (two for use and one for standby), four pump types (two for use and two for standby), etc. Dosing pump pry block base made of high-strength steel, the pipeline is supported by brackets to fix the support, occupying a small area and having a reasonable structure.
